I'm thinking about calling the Emergency Vet. Lexie and I were outside and she is going through this stage where she needs to lick everything. Long story short she tried to lick the metal threshold of the door and in -10 degrees F, her tongue stuck to it. I was going to go inside to get warm water, but by the time I came back out with the water she had RIPPED her tongue off the threshold. She is bleeding now and she won't let me look at it. I don't know if the soft hair makes it feel better or what but she is getting blood on the blanket under neath her. What should I do?!
