The did all sorts of tests and couldn't find anything wrong with her. So they think she must have eaten something. There is only one thing I can think of that she could have gotten into. My daughter had this flower pot that is made of a cardboard type of material. DH thinks it is one of those "poop pots"...a flower pot they make out of cow poo. I came home a few days ago and it was tore up all over the floor. thankfully, there was no plant in it, it was empty...but it was tore up everywhere. I thought my cocker did it because she is the only dog that could have reached it...and she is notorious for doing such things, but maybe maggie got a piece of it, and it is the culprit.
She seems to be doing much better. her energy level has increased, no more poo or vomit...and all seems to be much better all the way around. I am hoping she gets through the night with no issues. she ate her dinner really well...was very excited to finally be able to eat. So I think that is a good sign. I am still giving her a little nutrical here and there...and she is on meds to help with the nausea and diarrhea. so far, the meds seem to be working.
thank you for all of your prayers and well wishes. I really think she is going to be just fine
