The Pedialyte has stayed down so far...
I might try honey tonight and I have to get some water into her in a bit.
Her gums are pink and skin tenting suggest no dehydration.
I don't know if I'm going to feed her tonight but if she throws up tomorrow she will go to the vet.

Please, anyone who is reading this and your Yorkie has these symptoms, GO TO THE VET... I am taking a chance here because I know Ellie well enough and I don't think we are in danger since her gums seem fine and she is not lethargic. She still wants to eat and play.
My vet has always told me to let Lady's tummy rest for twelve hours after a vomiting episode and just try to keep her hydrated with Pedialite.

You must be a wreck worrying about your little Ellie-girl.
