most colleges have an ombudsman, see if your school has one. they may be able to help you go forward with this. good luck! I sued the guy we got our first yorkie from and just recently settled. I found out that the Division of Consumer Affairs in NJ regulates the sale of cats and dogs and I filed a complaint with them. Your Ombudman would know if it's similar in your state. |
