Pedialite is good if she can keep it down. If she's not 100% by tomorrow, though, I'd take her to your vet. She may not need an IV, but just an office visit with subq fluids if you bring her in soon enough.  |
LOL...Just what I was thinking.
Anyway, so far, so good!!!
The Pedialyte has stayed down so far...
I might try honey tonight and I have to get some water into her in a bit.
Her gums are pink and skin tenting suggest no dehydration.
I don't know if I'm going to feed her tonight but if she throws up tomorrow she will go to the vet.
Please, anyone who is reading this and your Yorkie has these symptoms, GO TO THE VET... I am taking a chance here because I know Ellie well enough and I don't think we are in danger since her gums seem fine and she is not lethargic. She still wants to eat and play.
