Since it's a buffet, they may require each person eating to have their own plate. I could just not mention your daughter to the hotel, but then you'd have to put her on your lap at dinner (assuming you are thinking of attending dinner), as they won't have a space set up for her. If you look on the website, they say kids eat free. But I would call just to make sure.
