Is your baby already neutered or going to be neutered?
Both of mine retained some baby teeth, so when they had their spay/neuters I just had them do it then for the reason I didn't want them to have to under twice....
If there is not a neuter in his future, then you should have the proceudre done. If they don't lose the baby teeth, it can cause problems for their permanents later....as well as promote tooth decay. There are many health problems related to poor dental hygeine...
