It sounds to me like hypoglycemia. He may have ate too much too fast after you revived him. How big is your puppy? Just to be safe, I would take him to the vets and get a blood panel done on him to make sure nothing else is going on. My vet says honey and water is the best thing to give for hypoglycemia.
