How much does he weigh?
Was it a dark chocolate m&m or milk chocolate?

Honestly, it is always best to consult the vet but if he is over 2 or 3 pounds and it was milk chocolate he should be fine.
If Ellie ate 1 m&m right now I would say, oh well.
