I agree with everyone! If you want her hair long, you have to wait it out. If you cut it, you will have to do it all the time or it will look like that again during growth. I think she looks fine....
Phoebe's hair is broken above her eyes because she keeps scrubbing her ponies out...so she has eyebrows now....doggone it. But I like it when she has the top third of her ears shaved, and the rest long, like butterflies... and her long beard.... attached is a pic when she is younger with long hair, before she broke in her 'eyebrows'...
