I have also been told by my hairdresser to avoid pantene and also thermasilk she said that they are horrible for your hair. As far as mane and tail go i have used it myself about 5 years or so ago. The reason i used it is because my hair was so dry and breaking off everywhere and it would not grow. But after a few weeks of using it my hair started growing faster than ever and it looked so healthy

I am seriously thinking of going back to it, my hair could use another face lift lol
