It was first posted here by Reconsmomma and I began to research it and I have put a call in to the attorney who filed the class action lawsuit in 2003 to try to find out the status of that case as well as, why this company is still in business and what we might be able to do to help shut them down.
It was also posted that Gilda Anderson was arrested for "abuse" and I am trying to find the public record of this so I can advise you of the facts of that arrest so you will be knowledgeable when you wanr people to stay away from them. The husband, James Anderson, is a convicted felon but his conviction I believe was drug related. He was released from prison in 2001.
I have an inside number to Gilda Anderson and I will call her and talk to her directly as well.
I will let you know what I discover.
