I'm not saying you should place your babies in a shelter. I was just saying as an example. If everyone was forced to get rid of some of their precious babies, because they had 1 or 2 more than allowed soon all of the private homes would be at their limit too, then you would see more of an over crowding of shelters. I'm saying that if you are providing a good home for those babies then you should be left alone... |
