Yes I agree that the more you know the better

I know you didn't say you wouldn't place a puppy in a home without a fenced-in yard, but it just made me think about it. I don't know of any breeders specifically but I do know that rescues have turned people away just because they don't have a fenced in yard.

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
