Peaches who is 5 yrs old didn't want anything to do with broadie age 9.5 wks old when i brought broadie home. She would walk away from him or growl and snap. I wasn't sure if they would ever get along but i just kept getting them in the floor playing with them and letting them interact with each other and in a couple days i noticed they would play with each other little by little now they sleep together. Give it a few days and they with be used to each other and get along. Good Luck
