Gus did this last week. I think it's because of the heat. Our thermostat went out and it was horribly hot. The pool man had come down and put quite a bit of asid and told us we couldn't go swimming for at least 4 - 5 hours. So of course I have to wait 7 to 9 hours just in case. That's me,,, worry wart. But better be safe then sorry. Anyways,,,,,,, Gus vomited twice, Once in the early afternoon and again about 2 hours later after he ate. He seemed to be fine. He was playing and acting normal. I gave him some nutical and wet the lower part of his body every couple of hours to keep him cool. I did notice he didn't want to drink so I put a little sugar in his water and fed it to him with a spoon. And he took it down with not problems. He was fine the next day and eatting and drinking with no problems. The thermostat was replaced and the pool was good to go by that night, but it really took a toll on my poor Gus. I hope your baby is better today.
