1st - it needs to be in GIF format if it's animated (not .bmp or jpeg) - Try this - Click on the pic - RIGHT CLICK to SAVE AS - it should say gif...
if not.....pm me your email addy ...I Will save it for you and email it to you so you just click SAVE AS and it will be automatically a GIF
Go to user CP...(blue bar running across top of site far left)
click EDIT AVATAR
click CUSTOM AVATAR
THEN...look for this: BROWSE ....and in the place where it says this:
Upload an Avatar From Your Computer:you click on your pic and upload it -
