I have those also. Mine came with a little leash also. I was told they were for guinnea pigs or ferrets. I bought them at a local pet shop. The ones they have are very colorful, like tie-dyed. There is black mesh that goes over the body so it breathes. I don't leave them on all the time, though. Use them just for walks.
