Harley doesn't like to go potty in the rain either. We only received 2 inches of snow and it came to Harley's belly. He didn't like going to potty either. I found a couple of "treats" he left in the house. My lab really loves the snow. She ran and played in it. Harley and Suzie really get along well. Harley doesn't realize she's big!
