Have you actually been to see the "awesome cheap homes" in Aurora?
I live near Aurora and if you're referring to Hometown or Lakewood- they are cheap for a reason.
I grew up out here and my husband grew up near O'Hare. Houses on his parents block are like 800sf ranches selling for $300-350K. So we pretty much didn't have a choice but to live out here!
