I've seen it before. I think the idea of a poncho for a pup is too cute. My mom wanted to crochet the people version for herself but hasn't started it yet. I wonder if I could get her to crochet Reagan one first. I knit but don't know if I'm that good yet.
Also your link didn't work for me but if anyone else is having problems you can easily get to it by going into the knit or crochet patterns (link on left side of page brought up) then finding it under the pets section "Coming home poncho". Hope this helps if anyone else is having problems.
