 How much formula to feed 1.7oz pup
My bubble's is having her pups. She had two right together and boy was 3 oz and girl is 1.7. , and a nice healthy 4 oz girl thats already nursing. Little tiny girl is so small and skinny ( I have never had a pup that size in 5 yrs) She is breathing fine and I've got her warm on a heat pad with her brother. I know there is now way she could latch on to the nipple. I fed about 4 drops of formula and none came out the nose, and it went down ok as far as I can tell. How many drops, and how often should I feed? I don't want to drown her, so if I'm doing it by drop how many and how often? I'm giving brother some too. thanks so much ! |
