I totally agree with you...no, she was a little over a year, Nikki was born 7/19/06 and had to be put to sleep on 8/23/07. We asked our attorney to demand a refund but she told us that legally the contract states a replacement puppy not a refund. Like I posted above,
I hope they do not want to deal with us and just give us the refund. BECAUSE I AM NOT LETTING IT GO!
