There is a story in today's Boston news that 22 small dogs were found in a car, 3 of them dead, in a Wal-Mart parking lot. The woman was bringing them from a puppy mill in Maine.
Again..those puppy mills need to be stopped! A new Pet Store just opened near me that sells puppies...I just can't bear to even go by it but there are plenty of cars out front...
