If you search this site for "taping", there is a link with diagrams. It is really easy and not at all uncomfortable if done right. Fold the ear forward so the sides form a taco shell shape. Don't let the sides touch, keep them a bit apart. Then wrap a piece of scotch tape around the ear to hold the taco shape in place. Keep it in for several days as long as baby is tolerating it. With Gracie it only took 24 hours. With Holly it took repeated applications of 1-3 days, but within a week her ear was standing.
