Sounds like your baby is becoming more dominant towards dogs and also the change I guess would matter too. When you have other dogs around try to socialize them if your baby snaps correct her by moving her away and say no. If that wont work and she still snaps try to put her on her back and let her rest by gently holding her when she acts up. I stopped Maxi from crazy behavior like that. Hope it helps. Its not your fault all dogs want to be dominant at one point of their life, and if they see the perfect moment they will go for it. Maybe the change triggered her. Hope it works out.
