How is she when you bath her or brush her, feed her and play with her? I found my baby loves brushing and we formed a bond between each other. In my opinion its any things you do with your pup just a two of you makes them bond with you and begin trusting you. Try to find what your pup loves the most and try to do it with him. Maybe training her commands will help it too...
