Yes I have taken him to the Vet 3 times, he has had his shots and d worming, and has had lab work to see if he had any worms, the vet said he was shaking because he was nervous about being there, but I told him he shakes like that alot, he said he seems to be healthy. He did say he has a soft spot on his head that hasn't closed but that was normal in small dogs. He doesn't seem depressed and isn't walking in circles but he doesn't eat that much, I have to feed him so he will eat, I'm not sure if he forgets to eat or just wants me to feed him

I would find a vet that will listen to you. If he doesn't eat that much it could be hypo. It could also be liver problems which need to be ruled out if he still does it after eating enough.
