We're just saying if you either dont know who you're selling your puppy to as a Breeder, then youre an irresponsible Breeder....
And
If you're buying a puppy without knowing how the other person will handle it or if they can even take care of it, then thats bad judgement too...
Thats usually when a baby ends up neglected, or going to a shelter...
Its just not right for the puppies...
But if you are buying it for someone you know will love it and take care of it and has the means... then do it!!! |
