Glad all is working out for Charlie...and I just wanted to clarify when I said ""better position" all I ment was that I was going to have to make the treck to CA on Tuesday, and the other person was closer and going to get Charlie into his forever home SOONER!!

It is amazing how things work out so well. Max is doing wonderful: Charlie is doing wonderful!
