Well, I had that problem when Meka was a baby...and I think it can be fixed the same way though. I had to stop letting her on my bed for a while... until she learned. Then when she was allowed on my bed again she understood....
Or...Not sure if you have pet stairs? I mean, is she able to get down if she has to go potty?
