Welcome to YT, but usually at 1 they are going to be however by then. I would say if she has them up when you eat then she is perking them up when she wants. Alot of dogs will when you call them. But the shaving and the taping is usually when you need to do it while there young. Usually by 7mos they are up if they are going to be. That is why you tape them before. And she has had them up so its not that they aren't up at all. Some never come up at all. I had a dog that had too heavy , thick ears and it didn't matter what you did hers would never come up. You get use to them. But we like the trait of the standing ears and hope they will come up.
