You buy a voucher and it helps reduce the cost of the surgery but you still pay for the blood work, meds and anesthesia if I remember correctly. I contemplated using it with Lulu but for the cost of it with the additional stuff and then having only a handful of vets accept it...didn't see to be worth it. The vets in my area that accepted it I wasn't all that keen on and I decided to go with my vet that had done some extra studies in micro surgery.
I just priced it for Zoey and it will come to about $260 with teeth pulling, meds, surgery, blood work and anesthesia.
