I think its up to the judges interpretation of the new Dq. Mr Usherwood considers any dog over 12 months to be an adult and therefore will DQ color based on that alone. IMO, I think he has gone waaaaaay to the extreme on this DQ thing. He has DQ'd more dogs than any other judge since Oct and has DQ'd more dogs in one show than any other judge. He also will DQ one dog and not another and they are the exact same color and approx age.
