This may sound stupid....but I got some yogurt (vanilla)Stonyfield Farm low fat. should I give him low fat or fat free? Vanilla is the flavor.....cottege cheese is another item I bought....just regular cottage cheese...is this ok?.........I'm sorry for these stupid questions....but the wife is gone for the day and I'm not up on such matters.
