No, it's not right. What is right is if the parents have been screened for genetic diseases. Also, meet to mom of the litter. Is she 3 or more lbs? If they tried to breed from a smaller female, they aren't good breeders at all. Smaller yorkies will be more susceptible to problems that average or larger-sized yorkies might not have.

Price shouldn't go higher because the puppy is smaller. They see it as an accessory rather than a healthy animal.
