I very much agree that puppies should not be given as gifts to people who have not thought it through. That being said, I got Ms. Lexie as a Christmas gift from my husband and she's the best thing that's ever happened to me (besides my husband
) We had been talking about getting her for two months and even made the decision to move to a pet friendly place to get her and risk double rent for a few months! We bought her the Sunday before Christmas and having her on Christmas Day with all my family was the best gift I've ever gotten. I hope that poor, neglected baby finds a furever home soon!
