Well I am 24 and will be 25 on Valentines day and I live on my own ( I have since I was 19)..what are your worries and what not?! Its hard but also really rewarding when you sit back and realize how you have done and accomplished the things you did. Also having roommates can have is benefits and hardships too, are you thinking about getting a roommate. I think if its your first time it would be much easier as you can split everything half and half!
