I did not have PCOS but suffered from infertility. I knew I wanted a child of my own and was going to do whatever it took. I went forward w/my head held high and pushed through every obstacle and painful test/exam they gave me. Believe me, there is a lot of them. I have no regrets. It is very time consuming and expensive but once you finally hear those words "Your Pregnant" you will know it was all worth it.
I went into my fertility struggle knowing that it may not happen on the first try and it may never happen and I must say that was helpful. You have to be honest w/yourself because it is a very emotional rollercoaster and you don't want to give yourself false hope.
My kids are 8 and 5 and I would go through it all over again and again to be at this point now.
Don't give up hope - and give it a try!
Good luck! |
