 Dixie won't eat
My poor baby Dixie will not eat. I started her on her kidney failure meds Saturday night and by Monday morning she was so sick, throwing up and sleeping all the time. The specialist said to stop all meds Monday morning and call him on Thursday. She has shown no improvement at all. I can not get her to eat. I have tried everything, baby food, chicken. She just gets up to drink. SHe weighed 2 lbs 2 ounces and I can feel she has lost more weight.
I have been giving her nutrical but I know she can't go on like this. Unfortunatley, the specialist isn't in today. I really wanted to try and do everything I could for her, but my head is telling me she is too sick to fight this. I just hold her and try not to cry when I an holding her. She is 6 months old and hasn't even had a chance at a normal life. It is breaking my heart. Please keep us in your prayers. |
