 where are the experts?
I have a couple of questions first I would like to say hello and thanks in advance.
the question is not for me but other people questions making me curious.
I take my boy max with me just about everywhere I go and I always get complimented on him and his coat.
well.people always ask me will their pup have a silky coat like max and I don't know. Max was silky as a 9wk old pup his hair was super short until about 8-9mths and just caught up to my sisters dog.
1. do ALL true silk coated yorkies have the silk satin fell as pups to adults? I hear so many people on YT say their pups coat changed to silky and I wonder if they just have a nicer modified coat.
2. is cottony so bad that most won't have anything to do with it? as so many that approach me are only concerned about texture
3. I am worried as when I start to look for a boy in the future and the owners say the pup will have a silky coat should I stay away and only look for one with a silk coat as a pup like max to be sure??
