I agree with you on that 100%!
I have seen some mean and nasty, unkept, stinky, slobbering pooches out and about. Some are even unleashed and their owner acts like its fine to let their pet look horrible, and some times they are just as unkept as the animal
Not all dogs or their owners are behaved and clean,and they would think it would be fine and dandy to take their unkept dog with them out to eat too! You would be just as irritated with a barking dog as you would be a crying child!
People talk so much about how parents are irresponsible for kids these day's but the same can be said about pet owners too! Just imagine them in a store letting their animal run around!
