If there was a shampoo that could straighten her hair i'm certain it wouldn't be any good for her skin kwim. I don't recall if you had answered whether it is cut shorter now then it has been previously? Because, it is true and hair will be curly if it is shorter... mine certainly follows that rule. You could try giving her a hot oil treatment which would really condition her hair deeply and might help it to be straighter, maybe it is frizzing a bit because it is dry? You could also do a colesterol treatment like someone else mentioned to get some moisture back in her hair. These things can be bought at a beauty/barber supply store. I'm actually going to run out and get some stuff for my Coco. She has a curly/cottony coat and it feels so dry to the touch compared to Bella's I feel like I need to get her some special treatment
