In my opinion, I don't think it matters. I have 2 girls and one boy and I've come to the conclusion that it really depends on the individual Yorkie. Each one has their own personality that has nothing to do with whether it a girl or a boy. Each is cuddly and loving when they want to be, always on their terms!!!
