This lady is in Waynesboro, Virginia. I live in Ohio and made the special trip to get Toby. The ASPCA is supposed to call me tomorrow and give me an update. I'm 9 hours from Virginia. The good thing is, that I'll get to pick any dogs that I want if they take them all from her. I've already found homes for at least 5 of them here in Ohio. |
