I don't know if you guys remember Phyllis... she posted about her missing Yorkie... when we thought she may have been the one TLC was working to rescue....
Anyway, she sent me this.... I guess it's a long story, but the poster of this ad is who Phillis thinks her new rescue dog came from... it has been reported and AnnMarie Lucas (Animal Precinct NY) is investigating... but doesn't this just make you SICK????
