They've been to this lady's house twice. He is waiting for her to get home or to answer the door. If she doesn't answer today they're filing with the judge to get a warrant to search her house and kennels. He said since they didn't have a warrant, they couldn't just go in her backyard and check the kennels w/o one. He said the maximum amount of adult dogs you can have in Virginia is 4 adults. She has at least 10 in the house and about 60-100 outside!!! He said she's looking at a huge fine and jail time. He said most likely they will give her a week to downsize, but if living conditions are super bad..the ASPCA will take them all. He ran their license plates and she's never taken any of her dogs to a vet or had dog tags for any of them. He said with the dogs not having any rabies shots, that's she's in huge trouble. Especially with sending Toby over state lines w/o one. So, after/if they take the dogs, they're going to call me and I get to pick any dogs/puppies that I want for turning them in! I can't wait till they catch her!
