You just never know what is going to happen next. Good for you I don't feel we need to put up with rude people in the world. Just because they are having a bad day or gets up like that always. Plus in the professional world the customer is always right. I think they forget to train the employees that way anymore. With sales down for commerical business I would say they better figure out a way to be nice and keep the business they have.
