This is just my personal opinion, so take it as you will. I would NOT buy from this person....no way, no how!!!!! USDA is required when they have over a certain amount of dogs (not sure how many, but I know it's a lot). They are typically notorious for being the puppy mills.

Since they are not AKC,I would bet my right arm that they are not purbred Yorkies and they are just a pricey mix. If you truly want a parti colored Yorkie, do your research on the breeders that you can trust.

So, yes,I would say that it is probably a duck.
