I'm a real geek about the story behind things...

This Gucci bag is based on a print designed by Gucci in 1966 for a scarf for Grace Kelly (Princess Grace of Monaco).

How cool is that?

Now I understand why I love it.

(I won't pay that much, but I love it. I did buy the Talbot bag in a similar pattern today. Yeah!
